Louis Friedman
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Friedman has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and director since our merger with Liberator, Inc. (fka Remark Enterprises, Inc.) in October 2009. Prior to that, he served as Liberator`s Chief Executive Officer and a director since June 2009, when OneUp Innovations, Inc. merged with Liberator (fka Remark Enterprises, Inc.) in June 2009. Mr. Friedman founded OneUp in 2000.In the previous decade before starting the company, Mr. Friedman was a private investor and business consultant in marketing, venture capital and M&A.
Ronald Scott
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Scott joined the Company in October 2009 in connection with our merger with Liberator, Inc. (fka Remark Enterprises, Inc.) Prior to that, he served as Liberator`s Chief Financial Officer and a director since June 2009, when OneUp Innovations, Inc. merged with Liberator (fka Remark Enterprises, Inc.) in June 2009. Mr. Scott joined OneUp Innovations as a part-time consultant in July, 2006 and as a full-time consultant in October, 2007, serving as its Chief Financial Officer. From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Scott was president of Impact Business Solutions, LLC, a consulting business that provides financial management services. Mr. Scott holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Management from San Jose State University and an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in Accounting from Santa Clara University.
Leslie Vogelman
Treasurer
Ms. Vogelman joined the Company in October 2009 in connection with our merger with Liberator, Inc. (fka Remark Enterprises, Inc.) Prior to that, she served as Liberator`s Treasurer since June 2009, when OneUp Innovations, Inc. merged with Liberator (fka Remark Enterprises, Inc.) in June 2009. Ms. Vogelman joined OneUp Innovations at its inception in 2000 as Secretary and Treasurer. Ms. Vogelman holds a B.A. from the State University of New York in Binghamton and an M.B.A. from Adelphi University.

In that regard, the Liberator, Inc. board of directors has requested that certain items which are unrelated to the duties and responsibilities of the board should be excluded, such as:
- Product complaints
- Product inquiries
- New product suggestions
- Resumes and other forms of job inquiries
- Surveys
- Business solicitations or advertisements
In addition, material that is unduly hostile, threatening, illegal or similarly unsuitable will be excluded, with the provision that any communication that is filtered out must be made available to any non-management director upon request.
